Our SAR models have earned a good reputation as particularly robust timepieces. This made the sea battalion of the German Navy aware of Mühle-Glashütte. For the soldiers of the specialized unit, we have developed an emergency watch with a useful GMT function, which takes into account the many foreign missions of the sea battalion.

The dial was equipped with double indices and a split triangle marker. This allows the best possible allocation of luminous material and readability.

The Seebataillon GMT was developed for the naval unit of the same name and was designed with the display for a 2nd time zone due to the frequent missions abroad.

Various engravings make the Seebataillon GMT unmistakable: for example, the automatic rotor is engraved with the emblem of the sea battalion - while the case back is engraved with the coordinates of the headquarters. In addition, battalion watches are given the personnel number of the soldiers.
