Free UK Returns
Please contact us at info@p1-watches.com. We will guide you through the process and arrange for your watch to be returned.
For complete confidence when purchasing online, we give you 14 days to return a watch you aren't happy with for a full refund. Please return items in the same condition and with the same accessories, packaging and paperwork as purchased. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Please Note: When processing your return we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to make contact with you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address linked to the order.

Taking care of your luxury watch involves much more than wiping the lens of your timepiece with a cloth. Your watch is a carefully crafted instrument that needs to be cared for and maintained regularly. Automatic watches that rely on a self-winding movement, if not worn can soon power down. Just like a manual winding watch (which requires you to turn the crown until it resists) an automatic watch requires at least 20 winds of the crown or can be stored in a watch winder that mechanically rotates your watch when you aren’t wearing it.
Quartz-powered watches require a battery replacement every 2-3 years.
To preserve the quality of your leather watch strap, we advise resisting regular exposure to water, chemicals, sunlight and cosmetics.
To keep your watch safe and protected from the knocks, bumps and scratching sustained whilst travelling or on the go, we advise you to keep your wristwatch in the presentation box it comes supplied with upon purchase.
As with every special investment, your luxury watch will require regular servicing. You can enquire via email or phone call to discuss a watch repair or watch service with us.
